Pricing questions

How to get a quote for the parcel?
Our calculator can help you to get quotes for any destination. Just type weight and dimensions of your package. After you can find prices and choose between different couriers services. Just click on book button.
No, all prices include surcharges, VAT and shipping cost. If the parcel moves abroad it can be taxes and duties in the destination country, we recommend checking all duties and taxes in the destination country before sending the parcel. Any taxes will have to be paid by the recipient.
We accept all banks credit and debit cards and PayPal. All payment is processed via secured service.
Weight and dimensions are important for using our service. Just weight your parcel on any scales and measure it with rolling tape. Any inaccuracies can cause delays or charges.
Yes some of our services charges by volume weight or actual weight, what is greater. Volume weight is calculated as (Length x Width x Height) / 5000.
For example your box is 10 kg and dimensions is 40 x40 x 40, volume weight will be 40x40x40/5000 = 12.8 kg. Couriers will charge by greater volume weight.

Collection and delivery

Parcel will be collected on the selected date by UPS or DX any time during the day from 9 am to 6 pm. If your missing collection day or time, you can rearrange collection on next working day.
Yes, all shipments have tracking numbers and you can track it any time in your account.
Delivery time is different for every country. International delivery time is estimated and depends on customs clearance. Unfortunately, we cannot give a more accurate delivery time and date. 
Unfortunately, if the parcel was already collected you cannot change the delivery address. If your parcel has not been collected, you can cancel your order and rebook.
Yes, you need a printer to print labels and invoices for your shipment. Every parcel has a barcode for tracking and delivery address on your label, please print it and attach to your parcel. If you have no printer please contact us and we help you and can print in our sorting hub.

General questions

We have a list of prohibited and restricted items and no compensation items. Please check this page before pack your parcel. The person sending such items may have their order cancelled without notice or refund.
Yes, all invoices can be downloaded and printed from your account. Just login into your account.
You can cover your parcel from damage and loss in the booking process. Claims can be made by an account holder. We will try to make process quick and easy.
To place an order with us just fill the form in our calculator. Our system will offer you a few delivery methods available for your parcel, depends on size and weight.
You will see the price and estimated delivery time and be able to book parcel collection through our system.
After placing an order you will receive the order confirmation on your email and you will need to print labels and documents for your parcel before collection day.
After collection, you can track your parcel in your account.
Yes, we deliver to any private and business addresses, if your item is not on the prohibited list, you can book parcel collection.
Please make sure you understand that all parcels going outside these EU countries will pass through customs procedures. The customs team overseas will make a judgement on whether any duties and taxes are applicable to the parcel, based on the information provided on the despatch declaration or commercial invoice.
These charges are made up of:
Import duty - % charge on the declared value - this depends on the type of goods. 
Excise duty - % charge per kilo.
Import VAT - VAT at the prevailing rate in the destination country applicable to the total value and duties.
