Thank you very much Topparcel for your intervention with colleagues in the Ukraine regarding my parcel. There was a slight hiccup. It was my fault though. I entered the wrong contact phone number on the form and the recipient couldn’t be reached. It was quickly resolved and the parcel was returned swiftly from Lviv to Nikopol. I was extremely pleased about that. You did a wonderful job again.
I have had a technical issue with resetting my password on the Topparcel online service the other day and contacted Topparcel team both via e-mail service and on the landline phone number. In both cases the team response was quick and really helpful. The problem was solved pretty quickly. This is my 2nd time in using Topparcel (my first attempt to send a parcel to Ukraine was successful - the parcel was at the destination address in about 2 weeks). I would recommend Toppparcel service to my friends and mates.

Had a few issues with Russia Post not being able find the address, which was correct but still unable to deliver door to door. picked up from the local post office eventually after Russia Post got there act together. No issues with Topparcel getting...

Не принимают посылку, потому что штрихкод работнику не нравится. А так служба огонь: деньги берет себе, а посылку неотправленную тебе.
very content with the experience! it was my first time sending a package from italy to russia and everything went smoothly. collected on friday 22nd of august, arrived on Sunday 7th of september. fast pickup, shipping, everything arrived safely!
