I sent my parcel Tracking EJ229926771RU almost a month ago and there is no information about where it is. On your site it just says it was collected only, but no other information, on the EMS site there is no any information. It was important documents which is needed to close the deal by the end of the next week if it is lost on not received on time, potential loss from the deal of about 1.2m GBP. Please help asap
