Paid for the premium service for 7-14 days private courier delivery, but my package got lost and no updates have been shared since 1 August

this is my first experience
service on the Phone was helpful and reassuring
on the day my parcel should be picked up i did not receive any information about time slots
UPS driver arrived conviniently early in the morning but he did good job of finding me because the had office did not provided him with my house number just the street name
so far it goes according to the plan

I have made 4 orders by your shipping service. The first one went well that is why I decided to stay with you and made 3 more. First that it took the second box (CJ224971986RU) get longer, but most important is that I was sending it with delivery till door and the package was delivered to the postal office!!! And the recipient had to take it herself. I need to make sure that the rest 2 boxes will be delivered in time and till the door. And I demand a refund for this inconvenience for my client. I paid 62 euros for delivery till door and I just refunded half to my client for this inconvenience from your side. So I need 31 euros of refund for your mistake. Please, check another 2 orders that have to be delivered till door:

It took several attempts for the parcel to be picked up from home for whatever reason. The customer service was super nice and helpful though, and resolved it in reasonable time. Once the parcel was picked up, everything worked well. It took roughly 2.5 weeks for the parcel to be delivered from Italy to Russia.

It takes about 2-2,5 weeks for your parcel to be delivered either to Ukraine or Russia..
Used their service many times. It's not speedy but cheaper than others logistic companies prices and last but not least it's trustful service - I never had anything lost or damaged

After choose the most expensive delivery to Moscow and the quickest one... after 2 weeks my parcel is still in Germany. I will never use again this company, they are not responsable and serious. It was much better to send the parcel for the same money by DHL........
