Очень часто пользуюсь услугами компании "Topparcel", отправляя посылке как родне, живущей в Украине, так и на неподконтрольной территории Донбасса.
Очень ясное им прозрачное ценообразование, особенно, если пользоваться услугами компании постоянно.
За последние 3-4 года отправил свыше 20 посылок, пользуясь их услугами

I sent more than 10 parcels with this company - to Donetsk and Ukraine. So far, there have been no failures. Everything always reached, nothing was lost.

Sent packages to Russia with Topparcel 7 times. Everything was always good, no problems arose. The work is well organized. Somehow at the beginning I had to call, an employee of the company named Maxim answered my questions patiently and kindly, which even pleasantly surprised me. After choose the most expensive delivery to Moscow and the quickest one... after 2 weeks my parcel is still in Germany. I will never use again this company, they are not responsable and serious. It was much better to send the parcel for the same money by DHL........

I was looking for a logistics company to send parcel from a company in the UK to an individual in Russia. At first company in UK sent me the parcel DHL, but DHL did not warn that they did not work with physical persons and sent the package back, after that I found TopParcel. It was the right decision. I placed an order on the website, approved the dates with the company, the parcel was picked up from the UK on time and delivered to Russia via Germany in 5 days. There were no problems at the customs, already in St. Petersburg I paid the customs duty. I advise everyone to use TopParcel. Fast delivery times, low prices, Russian-speaking manager answered questions. Guys you are the best!

Thank you very much Topparcel for your intervention with colleagues in the Ukraine regarding my parcel. There was a slight hiccup. It was my fault though. I entered the wrong contact phone number on the form and the recipient couldn’t be reached. It was quickly resolved and the parcel was returned swiftly from Lviv to Nikopol. I was extremely pleased about that. You did a wonderful job again.

I have had a technical issue with resetting my password on the Topparcel online service the other day and contacted Topparcel team both via e-mail service and on the landline phone number. In both cases the team response was quick and really helpful. The problem was solved pretty quickly. This is my 2nd time in using Topparcel (my first attempt to send a parcel to Ukraine was successful - the parcel was at the destination address in about 2 weeks). I would recommend Toppparcel service to my friends and mates.
