We at Topparcel follow all the guidelines and rules set by the government for any shipment going to Russia. This may be different from what you can find on the governments website, but it business decision not to exceed these values.
From 1 April 2024, a duty-free limit of €200 applies to parcels to Russia and the EAEU countries. This means that all parcels with a value above 200 euros will be subject to duty when entering the territory of Russia and the EAEU countries; the duty is 15% of the excess.
For example,
The value of the parcel is 600 euros. Duty (600-200)*15%=400*0.15=60 euros.
