Due to sanctions imposed on Russia, we ask our clients to read this before creating an order, as this will delay or return your parcel to the country of the destination. We at Topparcel follow all the guidelines and rules set by the government for any shipment going to Russia. This may be different from what you can find on the governments website, but it business decision not to exceed these values.
CUSTOMS SANCTIONS RESTRICTIONS
From 10 April 2023, a new duty-free limit for parcels to Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia will come into force. The new duty-free limit is 1000€ (~880£).
This means that if the goods entering these countries have a value higher than €1000, then duty must be paid. If the established thresholds are exceeded, a duty payment of 15% of the excess will be required from the consignee.
If you decide to send goods over 1000 €, and you are ready to pay the duty, also take into account the restrictions for Russia below.
According to the 10th sanctions package, used, vintage and personal items are not allowed to be exported from Europe. Therefore, choose other categories (not personal belongings) and fill in a detailed description of the goods.
