Shipments with vague descriptions may face delays at the point of origin. To avoid any issues, please ensure that item descriptions are specific and precise.
We recommend using the 3 W’s method for clear and accurate descriptions:
What is it? Describe the item clearly.
What is it made from? Specify the materials.
What is it used for? Provide the purpose or function. Additionally, consider relevant details, such as gender for clothing, size for containers, and more.
