WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

Рaper documents can be easily damaged during transit. Just follow this simple steps below to protect your parcel:

Single Documents 

Multiple Documents <2kg

  • Use the board back envelopes for shipping documents of up to 24 pages or 500g of weight.

  • The cardboard design offers basic protection against bending and creasing.

  • Seal the envelopes and deliver them to us or request collection.

  • Ensure that all contact details are up to date.        

  • Use flyer bag for carrying up to 2kg of documents.

  • Before that secure the documents in a suitable envelope, sleeve or folder before placing them in a bag.

  • Include up to date contact information on each envelope.

  • For added protection, place a sturdy piece of a card within the bag to deduce movement during transit.

  • For documents weighing more than 2kg we suggest using a sturdy box.

  • DO NOT use copy paper boxes or archive boxes as they are not designed for shipment.

  • Secure the documents in a suitable folder or sleeve with all necessary contact details.

  • Always fill up void space to prevent any movement of the documents inside the box during transit.
