US to Russia. Customer service was great. they responded to every question I had. There was a delay and my package sat in their warehouse for over 4 weeks but once they fixed the problem everything went well. I was surprised how quick things went from that point forward. package arrived in good shape. Sending another package out now. Expect it to be quicker than last time.

I'm very grateful to your company for helping people from different countries to maintain the relationships with their relatives in Russia at such a difficult time. Your staff is responsible, well-trained and polite.
But the business with parcels in Germany could be better: technical mistakes happen with all my parcels; my parcels with the weight not more than 2 kg are kept in Germany for 2 weeks or more, despite the fact that parcel trucks go to Russia 3 times a week; the status of a parcel changes only after my request . Besides, each time we have to call the courier on the appointed day because a pick up has not been scheduled.

Посылка из Италии в Краснодар дошла за 2 недели. Полностью отслеживалась на сайте. Замечательное отношение цена/качество.

Замечательно! По срокам из Испании в регион России в среднем 16-18 дней. Движение посылки отслеживается, на сайте информация обновляется вовремя, дублируясь по электронной почте. Нареканий нет. Первые две посылки шли в России по ЕМС, третья простой почтой. Буду отправлять ещё.

Бывают задержки но побольшей части это не вина работников этой компании. Обычно это почта России или испанские курьера. Менеджеры всегда на связи и видно что очень стараются. Плюс самые дешёвые цены тут.
