Signing postcards and packing presents for my friends and family this week I was thinking, how people were delivering their letters or parcels hundreds of years ago?
Obviously, somebody had to deliver the message walking. In Ancient Greece the couriers were able to run around 40-50 kilometers per 1 trip. And we are talking only about written messages.
Of course, people were dreaming to speed up the process, and all the dreams turned into the fairy tales. Seven-league boots allow the person wearing them to take strides of seven leagues per step, resulting in a great speed. A Greece courier would like to receive of pair of this as a Christmas present, wouldn’t he? These boots would allow him to bring a message in time and to be the most competitive courier ever!
Well, probably only until January 1940, when the first Flash appeared – the superhero who gained “the speed force”, moving, running and thinking at the speed of light.
Thanks to Topparcel I do not need to look for Flash in order to send a parcel to my family. They live in different parts of Russia, and Flash would need seven-league boots in order to deliver everything in time. But for Topparcel no job is too big or too hard. With their own courier network and contacts with the local delivery services, Topparcel reduce the overall delivery cost and offer you the fastest and safest way to deliver a parcel to Russia. Enjoy!
